Corbin Patten Designs is a multi-disciplinary design firm focusing on building design for cottages and boathouses in the Muskoka / Georgian Bay area. We design boathouses, cottages, homes, garages, restaurants, and retail stores.

Corbin founded Corbin Patten Designs (CPD) in 2014 with a goal of having a positive impact community by designing buildings that are unique and functional to improve the quality of life. Corbin grew up on Lake Rosseau providing him a lot of insight in the cottage lifestyle leading to the firms first few projects being boathouses. CPD loves designing boathouses as they highlight goals of relaxation and entertainment building memories that the family will have for a lifetime. Memories start with fostering a collaborative environment between itself, the clients, and the contractors involved in each and every project.

Our mission is to design healthier homes, which are true to materials, in order to simplify lives. Building on our mission, our design approach starts with a conversation; we want to get to know you. Design starts with the individual’s lifestyle, needs, wants, and of course, a budget.
