I work with Buyers and Sellers to fulfill their goals. I love my job and enjoy working with my clients and spend a lot of time hands on helping with various tasks outside of the normal real estate role including staging, helping with design choices, offering advice on whether a move is the right choice, and helping with downsizing and moving out of a life long home. I want my clients to call on me for help and advice, even after the sale is complete.
This is the most frequent question and it is a tough one to quickly answer. There are properties that will logically take longer to sell than others and cost more to market and some houses that are very quick to sell. I believe I have competitive rates and would be happy to discuss this further.
Most of the active buyers are looking on the internet. I spend most of my money and focus on making sure your house looks amazing online and is on all the right websites. I also do facebook and instagram campaigns if I want to reach someone out of Peterborough. This has proven to be very effective.
I started real estate in 2002 at Bowes & Cocks Ltd. and moved to Royal LePage Frank in 2004. My education was in Interior Design at Ryerson University and I have been a business owner since before I can remember. I have volunteered at the board every year and have been a director on the Board of Directors for 2 years. I also volunteer raising money for the women's shelter as well as volunteering for the Garden Show for more than 10 years.
I have been an award winner for years, but I make sure I don't get too busy that I am not able to give great service to my clients.
