On September 2nd 2017, The Urban Floor Store opened its doors at 50 Nebo Road in Hamilton and has quickly grown and established a brand name in the flooring industry. In a short time, TUFS has firmly established themselves as a flooring retailer and installation company which strives to dominate the residential and commercial industries.
We are a locally owned and operated business by Andy and Katie Clairmont. Since 2007, Andy and Katie have worked in the construction industry both employed by separate companies. Andy has extensive product and installation knowledge and Katie has a passion for design and superior customer service skills while offering a unique level of personal service.
